A light-hearted wager spirals out of control when two young soldiers allow themselves to be drawn into the intrigues of their cynical friend, persuading them to put the love of their adored fiancées to the test.

The third of Mozart’s collaborations with Lorenzo da Ponte, Così fan tutte is a bitter-sweet comedy and contains some of his most captivating music revealing real people facing real and painful predicaments. A recreation of John Cox’s celebrated production from Garsington Manor, we welcome back Tobias Ringborg to conduct.
