De Toverfluit (7+) door De Toneelmakerij en Silbersee

Pamina, a very ordinary girl and inhabitant of planet Earth, hears her parents arguing when she lies in bed at night. She understands everything, even though her parents don't think so. Nevertheless, she falls asleep and in her dreams of stardust she meets Tamino, a very ordinary astronaut from the future. Despite the light years away, they recognize a lot in each other.  

But in her dream dark powers also rule; Sun and Night wage an intergalactic battle over light and dark. Who are these Sun and Night? And what do they have to do with Pamina? Can she cope with these cosmic forces that always put their own interests first? 

A mythical fairy tale about children with a mission.

Everyone knows the famous aria of the Queen of the Night, even if you have never seen an opera. Or heard. In 1791, Mozart wrote the opera about Prince Tamino who has to rescue Princess Pamina with the help of a mysterious magic flute.

Pamina, een heel gewoon meisje en bewoner van planeet aarde, hoort haar ouders ruziën als ze ’s avonds in bed ligt. Ze verstaat alles, ook al denken haar ouders van niet. Toch valt ze in slaap en in haar dromen van sterrenstof ontmoet ze Tamino, een heel gewone astronaut uit de toekomst. Ondanks de lichtjaren afstand herkennen ze veel in elkaar.  

Maar in haar droom heersen ook duistere machten; Zon en Nacht voeren een intergalactische strijd over licht en donker. Wie zijn deze Zon en Nacht? En wat hebben zij met Pamina te maken? Is ze opgewassen tegen deze kosmische krachten die hun eigen belang steeds vooropstellen? 

Een mythisch sprookje over kinderen met een missie.

De beroemde aria van de Koningin van de Nacht kent iedereen, zelfs als je nog nooit een opera hebt gezien. Of gehoord. In 1791 schreef Mozart de opera over de prins Tamino die met behulp van een mysterieuze toverfluit de prinses Pamina moet redden.
