Jonathan von Schwanenflügel was born in 1993 and began to sing professionally when he was 9 years old in The Copenhagen Royal Chapel Choir as a boy soprano. Today he studies as a Bachelor at The Danish National Academy of Music under Prof. Johannes Mannov and the International Tenor Reinaldo Macias. Already in his first year of studying he got employed as an assistent at the The Danish National Opera Choir of Aarhus. He has been hired as a understudy of Leander, the main part from Carl Nielsens opera, Maskarade at "Den Fynske Opera" (The Opera of Funen). He has just recently made his official debut as Count Tassilo, the main tenor of Emmerich Kálmán's "Gräfin Mariza" with fine reviews and totally sold out to the 5 of the 6 perfomances. He's
