Conductor Brandon Keith Brown, from North Carolina, combinesAmerican spirit with German musical tradition. His work crowns training in the USA and in Europe. InBerlin, he designed an "exciting, flawless reproduction" (NeuesDeutschland) of Mozart's "Prague Symphony" on the podium with theRundfunk Sinfonieorchester-Berlin. Concert and opera engagements led Brown toKarlsruhe and Jena, where Bruckner's Symphony No. 6 was requested of him, toWeimar and 2016 with Die Lustigen Weiberfrom Windsor in Würzburg. Future engagements include the NürnbergerSymphoniker. In the USA, he has directed the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and theCivic Orchestra of Chicago. Following his studies at the Peabody Institute in Baltimorein 2011, he moved to Europe to expand his experiences in masterclasses at theSalzburg
