5. Philharmonisches Konzert by Berg, Schumann, Od (2023/2023), Dirigent Kent Nagano, Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg, Germany

With the world premiere of Toshio Hosokawa's violin concerto "Genesis", Veronika Eberle could only be experienced digitally in 2021 as part of the Hamburg International Music Festival due to the pandemic. Now there is a real reunion with the Hamburg Philharmonic State Orchestra: Eberle plays Alban Berg's chamber concerto with the Hungarian piano virtuoso Dénes Várjon, a composition based on the combination of three instrument groups: strings, keyboard instrument and wind instruments. This is accompanied by a homage to “classical standards”, which, however, originated in the heart of Romanticism: Robert Schumann's 2nd symphony.
