Η Κρατική Ορχήστρα Θεσσαλονίκης ρίχνει την αυλαία στα 58α Δημήτρια φιλοξενώντας στην πόλη μας τη σπουδαία Φιλαρμονική Ορχήστρα της Σόφιας, το σημαντικότερο συμφωνικό σύνολο της γειτονικής χώρας με ιστορία 130 χρόνων. Οι δύο ορχήστρες ενώνονται επί σκηνής στο πλαίσιο της έναρξης μίας πολυεπίπεδης και πολυετούς συνεργασίας, που σκοπό έχει να δημιουργήσει μία γέφυρα συνεργασίας μεταξύ των δύο αυτών πολιτιστικών φορέων και να αναπτύξει ποικιλότροπα την καλλιτεχνική τους δημιουργία. Απώτερος στόχος είναι η σύσφιξη των Ελληνο-Βουλγαρικών σχέσεων, μέσω του πολιτισμού. Στο πόντιουμ θα βρίσκεται ο διάσημος Βούλγαρος μαέστρος Nayden Todorov.

The State Orchestra of Thessaloniki drops the curtain on the 58th Dimitria by hosting in our city the great Philharmonic Orchestra of Sofia, the most important symphony ensemble of the neighboring country with a history of 130 years. The two orchestras are coming together on stage as part of the start of a multi-level and multi-year collaboration, which aims to create a bridge of cooperation between these two cultural bodies and to develop their artistic creation in various ways. The ultimate goal is to strengthen Greek-Bulgarian relations through culture. On the podium will be the famous Bulgarian conductor Nayden Todorov.
