Let yourself be fooled by these programs imagined by the artists, in particular those of the Chœur d'Angers Nantes Opéra. And since it is a question of proving that “it gets better by singing it”, we invite you to join your voices to those of the soloists and the choir. They sit enthroned, statues on our facades, or cavort on the painted ceilings of our theatres. The nine muses, companions of Apollo, are the protectors of all the arts. The three artists in residence at Angers Nantes Opéra pay homage to them here through various incarnations, sometimes serious, sometimes whimsical (Lully, Rameau, Berlioz, Offenbach and Charpentier).
