Let's pop the champagne corks together and experience the story of a failed costume ball, a witty maid, a strange prince and a prison guard who is perhaps a little too cheerful. The most famous and popular operetta just bubbles with musical champagne mood: To take revenge on his friend Eisenstein, Dr. Falcon made a mess at Prince Orlofsky's feast. The most difficult mix-ups occur, Eisenstein flirts with his maid, his wife appears incognito as a Hungarian countess and drives the game forward, the lover of this wife has to spend a night in prison for Eisenstein.
