"I'm interested in the situation!" says the destitute count, when, in disguise, he undertakes to serve with the rich baron and his daughter. The count who plays the butler is an otherwise successful stage author, the girl who will fall in love with the butler cherishes the dreams of an actress. The actress, who is vacationing on the neighboring estate, wants to get the stage author; the girl is the butler; and the girl's father is the count. In Baroness Lili’s “situation,” everyone wants someone — everyone is different and yet the same. Jenő Huszka's dream of an operetta enriched with great hits leads to the extreme forms of passion and comedy - in a rather cramped, intimate space, the Warehouse Theater. The tension created by the meeting of the two gives the energy that makes the performance shatter the traditionally accepted framework of the genre.
