In its anniversary month, the TRM will open the doors to meet again in person with its public. To do so, he presents a special lyrical gala whose motivation is to rescue the figure of the original peoples of America in opera.

There are a large number of lyrical works that try to reflect the meeting of two worlds, some do so in a romanticized way, while others approach the subject in a more realistic way.

The program mainly includes compositions by Latin American masters and one American, intending to cover different geographical areas of the continent.

The cast of Chilean singers that will give life to this gala is made up of the sopranos Paulina González, Marcela González, Francisca Cristopulos, Paloma Reyes and Grete Buseniuss ; the mezzo-soprano, María Luisa Merino ; the countertenor, Boris Bustos ; the tenors Nicolás Vázquez and Sergio Jaime; and finally the baritone Javier Weibel . All will be accompanied by the pianist Verónica Torres.

The concert will be complemented by pictorial projections by relevant visual artists, such as Eduardo Rapimán and Inés Fantuzzi.

The staging is led by the award-winning Regisseur Rodrigo Navarrete , who won the Chilean Art Critics Circle award for three consecutive years, for “Il Trovatore” 2017, “La Bohème” 2018 and “La Italiana en Algiers” 2019 , being the first two productions developed with the Maule Regional Theater. He recently received the Opera XXI (Spain) award, as the best Latin American production 2019, for “La Italiana en Algiers”.

En su mes aniversario el TRM abrirá las puertas para reencontrarse de manera presencial con su público.  Para hacerlo presenta una especial gala lírica que tiene como motivación, rescatar la figura de los pueblos originarios de américa en la ópera.

Hay un gran número de obras líricas que intentan reflejar el encuentro de dos mundos, algunas lo hacen de manera romantizada, mientras que otras abordan la temática de una forma más realista.

El programa incluye mayoritariamente composiciones de maestros latinoamericanos y un estadounidense, pretendiendo abarcar distintas zonas geográficas del continente.

El elenco de cantantes chilenos que darán vida a esta gala se compone por las sopranos Paulina González, Marcela González, Francisca Cristopulos, Paloma Reyes y Grete Buseniuss; la mezzosoprano, María Luisa Merino; el contratenor, Boris Bustos; los tenores Nicolás Vázquez y Sergio Jaime; y finalmente el barítono Javier Weibel. Todos serán acompañados por la pianista Verónica Torres.

El concierto se complementará con proyecciones pictóricas de relevantes artistas visuales, como Eduardo Rapimán e Inés Fantuzzi.

La puesta en escena es liderada por el galardonado Regisseur Rodrigo Navarrete, quien obtuvo el premio del Círculo de Críticos de Arte de Chile durante tres años consecutivos, por “Il Trovatore” 2017, “La Bohème” 2018 y “La Italiana en Argel” 2019, siendo las dos primeras producciones desarrolladas con el Teatro Regional del Maule. Recientemente recibió el premio de Opera XXI (España), como la mejor producción latinoamericana 2019, por “La Italiana en Argel”.
