On the podium will be the distinguished young Korean Maestro Deun Lee, winner of last year's Philharmonia Masterclass and Conducting Competition. This institution is already going through its fifth period and every year it gives the opportunity to the winner to conduct an entire concert with the Philharmonia in Athens. 

The concert, entitled "Breaths and Myths", begins with the wonderful "Moldava", an excerpt from the symphonic poem "My Homeland", by the Czech composer Bedrich Smetana, who is one of the most important representatives of the Central European "national schools" of the 19th century century. Then the very atmospheric "Shepherd Suite", for strings, by Marios Varvoglis will be heard. The program will conclude with a challenging work for any Greek orchestra: the 3rd Symphony, by the Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, a work of his very rarely performed in Greece! It is a unique opportunity for the Athenian public to enjoy it. 

The state-of-the-art and distinctively aesthetic "Ioannis Despotopoulos" Amphitheater, with a capacity of 600 seats, was put into operation in October 2022. It was named after the leading architect, who designed the building of the Athens Conservatory, and a key representative of the Bauhaus movement and modernism in GREECE.

Στο πόντιουμ θα ανέβει ο διακεκριμένος νέος Κορεάτης Μαέστρος Deun Lee, νικητής του περυσινού Masterclass και διαγωνισμού διεύθυνσης ορχήστρας της Φιλαρμόνιας. Ο θεσμός αυτός διανύει ήδη την πέμπτη περίοδό του και κάθε χρόνο δίνει την ευκαιρία στον νικητή να διευθύνει μια ολόκληρη συναυλία με την Φιλαρμόνια στην Αθήνα. 

Η συναυλία, με τίτλο «Πνοές και Μύθοι», ξεκινά με τον υπέροχο «Μολδάβα», απόσπασμα από το συμφωνικό ποίημα «Η Πατρίδα μου», του Τσέχου συνθέτη Μπέντριχ Σμέτανα, που είναι από τους σημαντικότερους εκπρόσωπους των κεντροευρωπαϊκών «εθνικών Σχολών» του 19ου αιώνα. Κατόπιν θα ακουστεί η πολύ ατμοσφαιρική «Ποιμενική Σουίτα», για έγχορδα, του Μάριου Βάρβογλη. Το πρόγραμμα θα ολοκληρωθεί με ένα έργο πρόκληση για οποιαδήποτε Ελληνική ορχήστρα: την 3η Συμφωνία, του Αυστριακού συνθέτη Άντον Μπρούκνερ, ένα έργο του πολύ σπάνια παίζεται στην Ελλάδα! Πρόκειται για μια μοναδική ευκαιρία για το αθηναϊκό κοινό να την απολαύσει. 

Το υπερσύγχρονο και ξεχωριστής αισθητικής Αμφιθέατρο «Ιωάννης Δεσποτόπουλος», χωρητικότητας 600 θέσεων, τέθηκε σε λειτουργία τον Οκτώβριο του 2022. Πήρε το όνομά του από τον κορυφαίο αρχιτέκτονα, που σχεδίασε το κτίριο του Ωδείου Αθηνών, και βασικό εκπρόσωπο του κινήματος του Bauhaus και του μοντερνισμού στην Ελλάδα.
