Pour son retour au Concertgebouw d'Amsterdam, l'OPRL propose un florilège de musiques franco-belges qui font partie de son ADN. À commencer par le ballet si pittoresque de l'Hulda que les musiciens et Gergely Madaras ont défendu avec passion durant le bicentenaire de César Franck. Le Concerto en sol, et ses accents néoclassiques, trouveront un interprète idéal avec le poète Nelson Goerner. Quant à la Symphonie « avec orgue » de Saint-Saëns, créée à Londres en 1886 avec l'espoir de faire « trembler les murs », elle est l'œuvre française la plus jouée de cette décennie, aux côtés de la Symphonie de Franck presque son exacte contemporaine.

For its return to the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the OPRL offers an anthology of Franco-Belgian music that is part of its DNA. Starting with the picturesque Hulda ballet that  the musicians and Gergely Madaras defended with passion during the bicentenary of César Franck. The Concerto in G , and its neoclassical accents, will find an ideal interpreter in the poet Nelson Goerner. As for the Symphony "with organ"  by Saint-Saëns, created in London in 1886 with the hope of making the walls "  shake " , it is the most performed French work of this decade, alongside Franck's Symphony . almost its exact contemporary.
