In one of the events of the musical year 2022, under the baton of Carlos Vieu , the National Symphony Orchestra and the National Polyphonic Choir prepared by Ariel Alonso offered a memorable version of one of the most important works of the symphonic-vocal repertoire: symphony no. 2 in C minor, Resurrection, by Gustav Mahler. Soprano Jaquelina Livieri and mezzo María Luisa Merino Ronda performed as soloists . The direction of the internal band was in charge of Pablo Bocchimuzzi . The version received applause from a full room.
