앙상블오푸스만의 재해석으로 ‘낭만적’ 사랑의 두 얼굴을 선보이다.

이번 앙상블오푸스의 스페셜 프로그램은 슈만의 <시인의 사랑>과 볼프의 <이탈리아 가곡집>을 랄프 고토니의 앙상블 편곡 버전으로 선보인다. 사랑의 두 얼굴이라 해도 좋을 ‘낭만적인’ 프로그램이다. 한 편이 깊다면, 다른 한 편은 생생하고 즐겁다. 
낭만주의 정신이 피어난 꽃, 슈만의 <시인의 사랑>과 사랑의 현실적인 ‘맨 얼굴’을 보여주는 볼프의 <이탈리아 가곡집>은 랄프 고토니의 세심한 편곡과 곡순서의 재배치를 통해 전곡을 하나의 스토리로 이해하게 해준다.

최고의 소프라노 임선혜와 떠오르는 테너 키어런 카럴의 불꽃 튀는 해석과 편곡자 자신이 이끄는 앙상블 오푸스의 탁월한 연주력 또한 기대를 모은다. 모든 가사에는 알기 쉬운 번역이 함께 제공된다. 늦은 가을, ‘낭만적’ 사랑의 두 얼굴을 새롭게 경험해 보는 시간이 될 것이다.

Ensemble Opus’ unique reinterpretation presents the two faces of ‘romantic’ love.

This Ensemble Opus' special program presents Schumann's "The Poet's Love" and Wolff's "Italian Songs" in ensemble arrangement versions by Ralph Gotoni. It is a ‘romantic’ program that can be said to be the two faces of love. If one side is deep, the other side is vivid and enjoyable. 
Schumann's <The Poet's Love>, the flower in which the spirit of romanticism bloomed, and Wolff's <Italian Songbook>, which shows the realistic 'bare face' of love, combine all the songs into one story through Ralph Gotoni's careful arrangement and rearrangement of the song order. It makes you understand.

Expectations are also high for the sparkling interpretations of top soprano Lim Seon-hye and rising tenor Kieran Carrel, as well as the outstanding performance of the ensemble Opus led by the arranger himself. All lyrics come with easy-to-understand translations. Late fall will be a time to experience anew the two faces of ‘romantic’ love.
