Vivaldi, un peu, beaucoup, à la folie ! Ambroisine Bré et Eva Zaïcik mêlent leur voix à la fougue du compositeur italien.

Il y a vingt ans, le label Naïve lance la «Vivaldi Edition», le projet fou de redonner vie à la bibliothèque personnelle manuscrite de Vivaldi, soit la plus grande collection de partitions appartenant à un compositeur du XVIIIe siècle. Julien Chauvin et le Concert
de la Loge participent à cette aventure en enregistrant des concertos pour violon, choisis dans la centaine laissée par Vivaldi. Pour célébrer la sortie de leur disque, ils s’associent aux deux mezzo-sopranos les plus en vue de leur génération, Ambroisine Bré et Eva Zaïcik. Elles interprètent des airs d’opéra et des duos particulièrement rares en concert. On y retrouve la virtuosité joyeuse que Vivaldi affectionne, mais aussi des sonorités méconnues. Ce voyage à Venise est l’occasion de découvrir une autre facette du prolifique compositeur.

Twenty years ago, the Naïve label launched the "Vivaldi Edition", the crazy project to bring Vivaldi's personal manuscript library back to life, i.e. the largest collection of scores belonging to an 18th century composer. Julien Chauvin and the Concert
de la Loge participate in this adventure by recording violin concertos, chosen from the hundred left by Vivaldi. To celebrate the release of their album, they join forces with the two most prominent mezzo-sopranos of their generation, Ambroisine Bré and Eva Zaïcik. They perform opera arias and particularly rare duets in concert. We find there the joyful virtuosity that Vivaldi loves, but also unknown sounds. This trip to Venice is an opportunity to discover another facet of the prolific composer.
