Sophie DESMARS discovers the world of opera with the Children’s Choir of Nantes Opera and also as a soloist in numerous productions. After graduating a Diploma in Music, singing specialty, from Conservatory in Tours and a Bachelor in Musicology from the University of Tours, she continues her studies at CNIPAL (Centre for Continuing and Advanced Operatic Studies) in Marseille.Coloratura Soprano, she sings roles such as the Königin der Nacht, Konstanze, Olympia, Belinda... in french Opera Houses (Bordeaux, Marseille, Toulon Operas, Châtelet...). She is also invited to sing with orchestra (Carmina Burana, Concerto for Soprano and orchestra op.82 by Glière, Shéhérazade by Ravel, La Damoiselle Elue by Debussy …).With "A Dog's Heart" by Raskatov, she made her debuts in DNO (Amsterdam), ENO (Lond
