Biografia
Uli Fussenegger The double bass player Uli Fussenegger works as a soloist, ensemble musician and composer. In addition he also performs in the area of free improvisation and electronics. Born in 1966, he studied with Frany Dunkler in Feldkirch and Ludwig Streicher in Vienna. He specializes in contemporary music and has been a member of Klangforum Wien since 1987. He also develops projects for this ensemble. Fussengger founded and runs the CD Label DURIAN Records, has played on many CD/DVD/Film/TV productions and teaches at the Lucerne School of Music, the University of Music in Graz and the International Summer Course for New Music in Darmstadt.
