Shakti Pherwani

Baritone Shakti Pherwani is an actor-singer-dancer from Bombay, India with a background in Musical Theater and Opera. Shakti has trained and performed on stages across Europe and continues to expand his repertoire. His most recent engagements include the role of Conte Almaviva from Mozart's Le Nozze Di Figaro in Italy, and Masetto from Don Giovanni that he performed at the Musikverein, Vienna. Shakti grew up performing in Broadway style musicals and was introduced to the Bel Canto tradition by complete accident during his exchange year abroad - taking foundation courses at the Don Wright School of Music in Ontario, Canada.
