He began his musical studies in his city, Crevillente-Alicante in 1995, in 1996 he entered the "Joaquin Rodrigo" Conservatory of Valencia. In 1998, Gandía entered the Reina Sofía School of Music, in the Ramón Areces Foundation Singing Chair directed by Alfredo Kraus, attending master classes by Renata Scotto, Ileana Cotrubas and Elena Obraztsova. In 1999, as part of his activities as a student at this school, he performed at the Lázaro Galdiano Museum and at the National Music Auditorium in Madrid.
