Christopher Blake Farley is a baritone from Morris, Alabama. Christopher had his first formal voice lesson as a freshman in college at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Alongside his teacher, Dr. Won Cho, Mr. Farley discovered his passion for opera, art song, and musical theatre. While at UAB Christopher would make his professional debut with Opera Birmingham as Friar Jean in Gounod's Romeo et Juliette, then appear in Opera Birmingham's production of Tosca as Sciaronne, win the Birmingham Music Club Guild's annual Scholarship Competition, sing his first full leading role (Horace Tabor in Douglas Moore's The Ballad of Baby Doe) at the Harrower Summer Opera Workshop at Georgia State, as well as take home first prize in Alabama NATS in the 4th Year Men's division and an encouragement a
