Féach ar an bhfoireann agus an fhoireannBellotto, after the degree in Musicology and a ten year theatrical apprenticeship, wins the national competition for the “Laboratorio Lirico di Alessandria” in 1991 as assistant director (La finta giardiniera by Mozart). He then starts to work with important italian directors (among whom Filippo Crivelli and Ugo Gregoretti). In the late ’90s he starts to sign some productions, among which: L’elisir d’amore (S. Pellegrino, 1996), Don Pasquale (S. Pellegrino, 1997), Rita (Teatro Donizetti, Bergamo, 1998), La prova di un'opera seria (Udine, 1999). Since 2000 his activity becomes more intense: Lo scoiattolo in gamba (Udine, 2000), Arlecchinata (Piacenza, 2000), L'uccellatrice (Piacenza, 2000), Teresina (Venezia, 2002). In 2000, as assistant director of Gianfranco Ventura, he follows the revi
