Irmelin Sloman

IRMELIN SLOMAN dramatic soprano has sung at the International Kurt-Weill Fest Dessau, the Villa Musica Mainz, the Beethoven Fest Bonn, the Schumannfest, the Düsseldorfer Altstadt Herbst, the Mozart Fest Schwetzingen and in the Cologne Philharmonie in opera productions and in concerts. OPERA Irmelin Sloman has been engaged by the Aalto Theater Essen and sang at the Deutsche Nationaltheater Weimar and the Theater der Stadt Koblenz. She has worked with stage directors Michael Hampe, Cologne, Annette Büschelberger, Koblenz/Weimar, and Nicolaus Büchel, Essen. She has enjoyed great success on the opera stage as the Witch and Mother, Hänsel und Gretel, La contessa, Le nozze die Figaro, as well as in breeches parts Baron Reinthal, Lortzing´s Opernprobe and Prince Charmant, Massenet´s Cendrillon.
