Lorenzo Barbieri

Bass-Bariton Lorenzo Barbieri, after studying at the Real Accademia Filarmonica in Bologna with Sergio Bertocchi and Paola Molinari, he graduated cum laude at ISSM Vecchi-Tonelli in Modena. Lorenzo is also graduated cum laude in Musicology at Pavia's University. His first debut was in the role of Uberto in La Serva Padrona at LaVerdi Auditorium in Milan. After this important debut he was selected by the Tenerife OperaEstudio and made his debut in the role of Figaro in Le matrimonio di Figaro making himself appreciated by the international audience. He sang at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna, Regio in Parma, Coccia in Novara, Massimo in Palermo, Donizetti Opera in Bergamo, Municipale in Piacenza and Innsbrucker Festwochen der Alten Musik.
