In the current season he will sing, amongst other roles, Theseus in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Nummer Eins in the new production of Henze’s Das verratene Meer under the baton of Simone Young. He will return to London’s Covent Garden as Colline in La Bohème. Concerts will lead him to New York, Cleveland and Prague. In the 2019/20 season Mr. Kellner sang Theseus in the new production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Il re di Scozia in Ariodante and Leporello in Don Giovanni at the Vienna State Opera and had a big success as Colline in La Bohème at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden.
