With the magnificent and spectacular opera of Giuseppe Verdi, Aïda opened the new artistic period 2019-2020 the Athens Philharmonic Orchestra. In an international co-production, in collaboration with the Greek Opera Company, the German Opera Classica Europa and the Opera Constanza from Romania , he presented Verdi's favorite work in two unique performances, on September 13th and 14th. More than 100 artists, soloists, choirs and members of the orchestra prepared an artistic spectacle that fascinated the Athenian audience.
