At the same time, Mozart packaged this emotional turbulence into a delightfully tuneful symphony in G minor. This week, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra pairs the famous work with a mysterious and otherworldly Mozart masterpiece, the Mass in C Minor. Artistry runs high as Music Director Nathalie Stutzmann welcomes a marvelous lineup of soloists to sing alongside the Atlanta Symphony Chorus, including Ukrainian soprano Olga Kulchynska, fresh off a run as Musetta at the Metropolitan Opera; mezzo-soprano Julia Lezhneva, who sings with "angelic beauty" (The New York Times), rising star Lunga Eric Hallam, and Met Opera regular Harold Wilson.
