An intimate song recital in the Library at The Red House, celebrating the songs of Benjamin Britten, his influence Franz Schubert, and his contemporaries Priaulx Rainier and Joyce Grenfell.

The programme has been specially curated for the occasion by “fast-rising British talent” (Guardian) mezzo Anna Huntley and multiple-prizewinning pianist Lucy Colquhoun.

Full programme to be confirmed, including music by Britten, Schubert, Rainier and Grenfell.

The recital will last 60 minutes, with 30 minutes afterwards to meet the artists and have a glass of bubbles, in this special venue where so much of Britten’s music was developed and shared among friends.
