The Polish National Music Forum, Wrocław Baroque Orchestra, soloists and conductor Andrzej Kosendiak are preparing a special program for the Vilnius Festival, which will be performed at the LDK Palace in Vilnius - the so-called Polish cantatas of the most famous composer of the Baroque era, Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750), composed in Leipzig and dedicated to the then Polish to the king and Grand Duke of Lithuania, Elector of Saxony Augustus III Sax, his wife and mother. With his secular cantatas, JS Bach glorified one of the oldest European rulers, the Wettin dynasty.

Cantata (mourning ode) "Laß, Fürstin, laß noch einen Strahl" ("Shine, lord, shine one more ray"), composed in 1727. in memory of the king's mother Christiana Eberhardina. "Tönet, ihr Pauken!" Erschallet, Trompeten! ("Come on, drums! Sound, trumpets!", 1733) congratulated Queen Maria Josepha on her 34th birthday, and the cantata "Schleicht, spielende Wellen, und murmelt gelinde" ("Flow, playful waves and murmur gently ”, 1736) - and King Augustus III himself.

Wroclaw Baroque Orchestra was founded in 2006. Under the care of the director of the Wroclaw Philharmonic, conductor Andrzej Kosendiak, it is the only baroque orchestra in Poland that plays historical instruments. He is invited to various festivals: Wratislavia Cantans, Mozartiana, L. van Beethoven Easter Festival, Uckermärkische Musikwochen, Poznań Baroque; collaborates with Collegium Vocale Gent, Cantus Cölln, Taverner Consort.

Lenkijos nacionalinis muzikos forumas, Vroclavo baroko orkestras, solistai ir dirigentas Andrzejus Kosendiakas Vilniaus festivaliui rengia specialią programą, kuri suskambės LDK Valdovų rūmuose Vilniuje – tai žymiausio baroko epochos kompozitoriaus Johanno Sebastiano Bacho (1685–1750) vadinamosios lenkiškos kantatos, sukurtos Leipcige ir dedikuotos tuometiniam Lenkijos karaliui ir Lietuvos didžiajam kunigaikščiui, Saksonijos kurfiurstui Augustui III Saksui, jo sutuoktinei ir motinai. Savo pasaulietinėmis kantatomis J. S. Bachas pašlovino vieną seniausių Europos valdovų, Wettinų, dinastiją.

Kantata (gedulo odė) „Laß, Fürstin, laß noch einen Strahl“ („Nušviesk, valdove, nušviesk dar nors vienu spinduliu“), sukurta 1727 m. karaliaus motinos Kristianos Eberhardinos atminimui. „Tönet, ihr Pauken! Erschallet, Trompeten!“ („Gauskit, būgnai! Skambėkit, trimitai!“, 1733) pasveikino karalienę Mariją Žozefą 34-ojo gimtadienio proga, o kantata „Schleicht, spielende Wellen, und murmelt gelinde“ („Tekėkit, žaismingos bangos ir ūžkite švelniai”, 1736 m.) – ir patį karalių Augustą III.

Vroclavo baroko orkestras įkurtas 2006 m. Vroclavo filharmonijos direktoriaus, dirigento Andrzejaus Kosendiako rūpesčiu ir yra vienintelis baroko orkestras Lenkijoje, grojantis istoriniais instrumentais. Jis kviečiamas į įvairius festivalius: „Wratislavia Cantans“, „Mozartiana“, Velykinį L. van Beethoveno festivalį, „Uckermärkische Musikwochen“, „Poznań Baroque“; bendradarbiauja su „Collegium Vocale Gent“, „Cantus Cölln“, „Taverner Consort“.
