A collaboration with Opera Northern Ireland Carmen and Don José was presented in Belfast, Enniskillen and Coleraine as well as Waterford, Dublin, Sligo and Limerick, this production was adapted from the opera by Bizet, text by Henri Meilhac and Ludovic Halévy after the novel by Prosper Mérimee. Translated into English by Neil and John Moody with spoken dialogue adapted from the French by Harry White.
