Easter has always been a reason to warm up our spiritual quests. And undoubtedly, Leonard Bernstein, a genuine homo universalis of music in the 20th century, achieved this with his pieces of religious metaphysical content. His music, hearty sincere and emotionally charged, together with the contemplating Elegy by the Israeli composer Yoav Talmi, impart the due reverence for this year’s Easter celebration.

Η εορτή του Πάσχα είναι πάντα μία αφορμή αναθέρμανσης των πνευματικών μας αναζητήσεων. Και αναμφίβολα, κάτι τέτοιο πέτυχε με τα θρησκευτικού, μεταφυσικού περιεχομένου έργα του ο Λέοναρντ Μπερνστάιν, ένας πραγματικός homo universalis της μουσικής στον 20ό αιώνα. Η μουσική του, πηγαία ειλικρινής και συναισθηματικά φορτισμένη, μαζί με τη στοχαστική Ελεγεία του Ισραηλινού συνθέτη Γιόαβ Τάλμι, προσδίδουν τη δέουσα κατάνυξη στον φετινό εορτασμό του Πάσχα.
