La damoiselle élue (1893) è un poema lirico dedicato da Claude Debussy al compositore Paul Dukas. Per la prima volta in assoluto, a Sassari si decise di proporlo in forma scenica. Il poema, della durata di poco più di una ventina di minuti, narra di una 'damigella eletta' che dall'alto del paradiso si lamenta dell'assenza del suo amante e ne invoca l'arrivo; quest'ultimo, nello stesso momento, crede di sentirne la presenza. Nella Stagione 2007 venne proposta in abbinata con Les mammelle de Tirésias di Francis Poulenc.

La damoiselle élue (1893) is a lyric poem dedicated by Claude Debussy to the composer Paul Dukas. For the first time ever, in Sassari it was decided to propose it in a scenic form. The poem, lasting just over twenty minutes, tells of a 'chosen bridesmaid' who from heaven complains of the absence of her lover and invokes her arrival; the latter, at the same moment, thinks he senses her presence. In the 2007 season it was proposed in combination with Francis Poulenc's Les mammelle de Tirésias .
