Created at the Opéra Grand Avignon and after a long French tour, this magical opera, of which the Avant-scène Opéra is one of the co-producers, stops at the Passage for a unique date in Switzerland.

GO (Génération Opéra, French Center for Lyrical Promotion) promotes the professional integration of young singers. Under his leadership, fifteen prestigious institutions participated in the creation of this exceptional show, which brings together nine soloists, a choir and a large orchestra, as well as seven dancers and acrobats! Alternating sung and spoken scenes, this work by Offenbach still fascinates with its special effects, its majestic finale, its ballets and its virtuoso arias.

Créé à l’Opéra Grand Avignon et après une longue tournée française, cet opéra-féérie dont l’Avant-scène opéra est l’un des coproducteurs s’arrête au Passage pour une date unique en Suisse.

GO (Génération Opéra, Centre français de promotion lyrique) favorise l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes chanteur·ses. Sous sa houlette, quinze prestigieuses institutions ont participé à la création de ce spectacle exceptionnel, qui rassemble neuf solistes, un chœur et un orchestre en grands effectifs, ainsi que sept danseur·ses acrobates ! Alternant scènes chantées et parlées, cette œuvre d’Offenbach fascine toujours autant avec ses effets spéciaux, son final majestueux, ses ballets et ses arias virtuoses.
