Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the 4th annual Recital for Refugees brought 8 fantastic musicians together for a live-streamed concert that exceeded our most ambitious goals. In addition, RFR began its mission of supporting composers through its first year of new work commissions, which included “Perdue” by Anthony R. Green and “Tratando de Ser” / “Trying to Be” by Kristina Avila.
