Following the appearance of the regular concert in 2022 for the first time in seven years, conductor Kimbo Ishii descends majestically to the famous concert. Tomoya Nakase, a current high school student (Keio Gijuku High School) who is in the limelight as a pianist, will be invited to take on the challenge of the All-Russian Program. In honor of Rachmaninov's anniversary year (150th anniversary of his birth and 80th anniversary of his death), a masterpiece of piano concertos No. 2. And from Shostakovich's works, Ballet Suite No. 1 and Symphony No. 9, which is also called "War Symphony", are based on ballet works such as "Bright Stream". It will be a stimulating performance that will bring out the witty and ironic elements of both works.

2022年の7年ぶりの定期演奏会登場に続き、指揮者キンボー・イシイが名曲コンサートに堂々降臨。現役高校生（慶應義塾高等学校）のピアニストとして脚光を浴びる中瀬智哉を迎え、オール・ロシアン・プログラムに挑みます。ラフマニノフの記念イヤー（生誕150年及び没後80年）を祝して、傑作中の傑作ピアノ協奏曲第2番を。そしてショスタコーヴィチの作品から、バレエ作品「明るい小川」などより編まれたバレエ組曲第1番と「戦争交響曲」とも呼ばれる交響曲第9番。両作の軽妙洒脱さやアイロニカルな要素がどう引き出されるのか、刺激満載の公演です。
