"Operetta sich wer kann" plays with the absurdity of the operetta and unreservedly presents the elevated nonsense and cheeky suggestiveness it contains. In this way, the operetta becomes what it originally was: a vital and revitalizing art form that comments on the state of the world with smug lightness – yesterday as well as today. The songs and scenes are served by three charming young musicians.
