Ebba Lejonclou

Ebba Lejonclou is a lyric mezzo-soprano currently attending the final year at the Stockholm University of the Art’s program for Opera and Vocal Performance, where she will graduate in June 2024. Previously Ebba received her Bachelor’s degree in classical singing from the Hochschule für Musik und Theater “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy” in Leipzig (2021) and before that she studied classical singing and piano for two years at the Vadstena Academy, majoring in interpretation of art song. In the fall of 2024, Ebba will make her debut at Folkoperan in Stockholm in the role of Sigrid in the contemporary opera Herr Arnes Penningar, with music by Peter Nordahl. Among recent engagements to be mentioned are Kate Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly at the Royal Swedish Opera, Anna Bjelke in a concert perfo
