Carrasco conducts work

[...] the public responded euphoric and Maestro Carrasco had to return to the stage again. After the intermission, and within the framework of the 250 years aniversary of the birth of Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827), they performed a version of his "Quartet number 11 in F minor, Op. 95, Serioso", rewritten by Gustav Mahler (1860-1911). At the end, a resounding "bravo" came out from between the seats and the audience stood up on their feet. Twice the artistic director had to return to the stage to thank the displays of affection.

Music against oblivion

This work [Marches of grief and anger by Arturo Márquez] had a very successful interpretation, with an outstanding construction of tension, which ends up overflowing, through a good management of nuances and variations of tempi very well commanded by the guest conductor.
