Biografi
Gifted with a full-bodied and agile voice, Nadège Medene excels particularly in the heroine roles of Mozart, Verdi and the XIX Century French repertoire, who have inspired these rich scores with their passionate impetus, the lyric nature of their sentiments, and their strong character. The young soprano has lent her unique timbre to the portrayal of Freia and Woglinde (L’Or du Rhin, Wagner) with l’Académie de Vendôme (2015-2016), conducted by d’Alexandre Myrat and Amaury du Closel, Tosca (Tosca, Verdi) at l’Opéra de Busetto, Didon (Didon et Énée, Purcell), Fiordiligi (Cosi fan tutte), Mercedès and Carmen (Carmen, Bizet), Vénus (Orphée aux Enfers, Offenbach, 2018) and Elettra (Idoménée, Mozart), Pamina (2018).
