Dans le cadre de l’Académie ManiFeste 2024, les finalistes suivent un atelier de composition pour orchestre et participent aux répétitions des pièces qu’ils ont écrites pour le concours et qui seront interprétées par l’Orchestre national d’Île-de-France. C’est à l’issue de ce concert public que sera remis le Prix Élan, doté par France Musique et la Maison de la Musique Contemporaine. Le ou la lauréate recevra également une commande de l’Ircam et de l’Orchestre national d’Île-de-France pour l’écriture d’une nouvelle œuvre pour instrument soliste, orchestre et électronique, qui sera créée lors du Prix Élan 2025.

As part of the ManiFeste 2024 Academy, finalists attend an orchestral composition workshop and take part in the rehearsals of the pieces they have written for the competition. These works will be performed by the Orchestre national d'Île-de-France during the festival. At the end of this public concert, the Élan Award, sponsored by France Musique and the Maison de la Musique Contemporaine, will be awarded. The winner will also receive a commission from Ircam and the Orchestre national d'Île-de-France to write a new work for solo instrument, orchestra and electronics, to be premiered during the Prix Élan 2025.
