Two Argentine icons of the 20th century on one stage, although they never actually met: In Andrew Lloyd Webbers and Tim Rice's successful musical Evita , the first wife Eva Perón and the revolutionary Che Guevara face each other. Adored like a saint, Evita fights for recognition, does good: “Don't cry for me Argentina”. But it gets caught up in power and corruption.
