We are so fortunate that Jon Kohout, who until recently the head chef on the Belmond Pullman (the Orient Express), is to cook for us this evening.

This is fine dining at its best, cooked personally by Jon for a limited number of guests. It is a menu of five courses with accompanying wines which Jon will select close to the date in line with the arrival of seasonal produce.

We are joined by Oliver Lallemant, who besides being a Trinity College Cambridge Organ Scholar is also the guest pianist at The Ritz, London. He will entertain all evening, but as the dinner concludes he will play Ravel’s brilliant ‘Jeux d’eau’.
