Ste že slišali za skladatelja Françoisa-Josepha Gosseca ali Étienna-Nicolasa Méhula? Oba spadata v obdobje francoskega klasicizma, časovno gledano v čas francoske revolucije. Njuna glasba ima zares tudi precejšen revolucionalni naboj, kot ga sicer v čisto drugačni obliki poznamo pretežno iz glasbe 20. stoletja.

Revolucionarna nastrojenost pa na koncertu ne bo pošla niti med Mozartovim Klavirskim koncertom v C-duru, K. 503, ki ga bo za nas izvedel genialni pianist Alexader Lonquich. »Alons enfants!«

Have you ever heard of composers François-Joseph Gossec or Étienne-Nicolas Méhul? Both belong to the period of French classicism, chronologically to the time of the French Revolution. Their music really does have a considerable revolutionary charge, but in a completely different form than the revolution we are familiar with mainly from the music of the twentieth century.

The revolutionary attitude of the concert will not be abandoned even during Mozart’s Piano Concerto in C major, K. 503, which will be performed by the brilliant pianist Alexander Lonquich.
