Iolanta is the last and brightest opera by Pyotr Tchaikovsky. A fabulous story about a blind girl who was healed by the power of love, embodied in a medieval setting. A blooming garden, picturesque mountains, stone reliefs - when creating the images of the performance, the famous Chelyabinsk artists Anton and Elena Slastnikovs were inspired by the early Renaissance. A video installation designed by the metropolitan artist Dmitry Ivanchenko adds to the entertainment.
