Bohemian, Puccini's masterpiece, has been one of the most performed operas in the world since its creation in 1896. It is above all, we must not forget, the story of a youth: that of starving artists living a dream in the garrets of wintry Paris, defying fate in the name of art and love. It is rare to hear it interpreted by young singers since the sumptuous orchestration of the composer requires, for each of the roles, a great maturity. Opera Fuoco offers here a version whose reduced accompaniment invites the soloists of its Atelier Lyrique to throw themselves fully into this music and to offer the public an interpretation that celebrates the ardor of youth that this story depicts
