En 2021, alors qu’elle co-pilotait avec Bertrand Belin une mémorable Carte Blanche à l’Opéra, Agnès Gayraud (La Féline) mettait la dernière main à un nouveau chapitre de son odyssée pop intime, entamée dès ses débuts avec Adieu L’Enfance. À l’automne 2022 naissait ainsi l’album Tarbes, envoûtant retour au pays natal, dans cette ville moyenne “comme tant d’autres à peu près” qui pour elle eut les dimensions d’un “monde entier”. Loin de jouer la carte de la nostalgie sépia, La Féline mise sur l’invention d’une poétique du temps et de l’espace, un subtil exercice de psycho-géographie pop, un passage en revue aussi rêveur que perçant des lieux et des années d’apprentissage. Matière dont, flanquée d’un trio d’enlumineurs (Mocke, Léa Moreau, François Virot), elle tire un tableau live à la fois impressionniste et scintillant.

In 2021, while co-piloting a memorable Carte Blanche at the Opéra with Bertrand Belin, Agnès Gayraud (La Féline) put the finishing touches to a new chapter in her intimate pop odyssey, which began at her debut with Adieu L' Childhood. In the fall of 2022, the Tarbes album was born, a bewitching return to her native land, in this medium-sized town “like so many others more or less” which for her had the dimensions of an “entire world”. Far from playing the card of sepia nostalgia, La Féline relies on the invention of a poetics of time and space, a subtle exercise in pop psycho-geography, a review as dreamy as it is piercing of places and years of learning. Material from which, flanked by a trio of illuminators (Mocke, Léa Moreau, François Virot), she draws a live painting that is both impressionist and scintillating.
