The leading tenor Jose Cura (Argentina), one of the most famous performers of Othello's party, accepted the invitation of the Plovdiv Opera to participate in the performance of Assoc. Prof. Nina Naidenova. At the Metropolitan Opera, he received the title of "fourth tenor in the world" after Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras. Jose Cura is world famous for his original operatic interpretations, non-traditional and innovative concert performances, mesmerizing stage presence and the important fact that besides being a brilliant performer, he is an educated conductor and a talented composer who is not afraid of directing and stage challenges.
