„Kelionė“ – tai alegorija apie ieškojimų dvasią, apie būvį be vietos, kuriame atsiduriame kaskart susidūrus skirtingoms kultūroms. Kas verčia žmones keliauti, ko jie ieško? Veikėjai iš praeities ir ateities randa skirtingus atsakymus, tarp jų ir mokslininkas, keliaujantis po visą visatą sėdėdamas neįgaliojo vežimėlyje. Kristupas Kolumbas įkūnija visus tuos amžinus klajūnus, – Ulisą, Nojų, Skrajojantį olandą, – kurie buvo prakeikti arba pašaukti klajoti, vieniši savo laive, apsėsti idėjos; jo figūra simboliškai apibendrina visus keliautojus – tuos, kuriuos gena troškimas tyrinėti, kelti klausimus.“

"Journey" is an allegory about the spirit of searching, about being without a place, where we find ourselves every time different cultures collide. What makes people travel, what are they looking for? Characters from the past and the future find different answers, including a scientist who travels across the universe in a wheelchair. Christopher Columbus personifies all those eternal wanderers, Ulysses, Noah, the Flying Dutchman, who were cursed or called to wander, alone in their ship, obsessed with ideas; his figure symbolically summarizes all travelers - those driven by the desire to explore, to ask questions."
