Widely considered as the greatest living interpreter of Schubert’s Winterreise, Ian Bostridge stars in the striking production of The Dark Mirror: Zender’s Winterreise. Since its premiere at the Barbican, London, in May 2016, The Dark Mirror has toured to Taiwan, Australia, and the USA.  In September 2018, it will travel to Shanghai for two performances at the Shanghai Grand Theatre.

The Dark Mirror was conceived and created by Netia Jones, and co-produced by the Barbican, Cal Performances Berkeley, Britten Sinfonia and National Taichung Theater.
