On a cliff lies the sleeping Brünnhilde surrounded by a wall of fire. Only he who does not know the fear can break through the wall and awaken her. Many years have passed. But now a young man is approaching. A man who has never known fear - Siegfried!

In a cave in the forest, the giant Fafner lies in the form of a dragon and guards the Ring of the Nibelung. To own it alone, he killed his own brother. Many years have passed. But now a young man is approaching. A man who has gone out into the world to get to know the fear - Siegfried!

In another cave, the evil dwarf Mime hides a dismembered sword. With him he has a child who is not his own. A child who has never learned to fear - Siegfried! 

Many years have passed. Now the sword is forged again. Now Siegfried wants away. Now the dragon must be felled. Now Brünnhilde must be awakened!

It sounds like adventure. And you can also rightly describe the third part of Nibelungen's Ring, SIEGFRIED as an adventure. SIEGFRIED is the summer, the scherzo, the comedy in the Ring - but a comedy that builds on and continues in bloody seriousness…
