SINFONIETTA CRACOVIA - The Orchestra of the Royal Capital City of Krakow Sinfonietta Cracovia, which successfully transfers the precision and flexibility of a chamber orchestra also to a symphonic composition, is appreciated especially for its performances of contemporary music. He is involved in numerous projects promoting new music and the work of Polish composers. She is particularly famous for her interpretation of the works of Krzysztof Penderecki, with whom she had an important artistic bond from the very beginning. She conducts intensive concert activity, also abroad. in China, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany, the Czech Republic and Austria. Its beginnings are connected with the establishment of the Young Chamber Musicians of Krakow, which in 1994, with the support of Elżbieta and Krzysztof Penderecki, received the status of the city orchestra and the name under which it operates to this day.
